1.Create a user account and log in. Click on ‘REGISTER’ on the auction you wish to participate in.

2. We will send you an email confirming that we have received your registration request, along with instructions for the next step to complete your registration. The email will also include your payment reference and instructions for uploading your FICA documents and proof of payment.

3. In order for us to approve your registration please:

3.1 Go to MY DOCUMENTS / documents.auctionspecialist.co.za to register a Documents account. You will need this account to submit the documents requested from you. Please use the same details that you used to register on the bidding platform.
Please take note of your Reference ,User ID because it forms part of your payment reference.
3.2 Make immediate payment. Pay your deposit to:

Reference: Your MY DOCUMENTS reference User ID (Its number AND your Name)

Payment will be matched with the reference on the system. It is your responsibility to make sure that you put the reference as instructed.
Payment should only be made to this account and we are not responsible for any money paid to the wrong or old Auction Specialist account

3.3 On MY DOCUMENTS, Upload your:
ID
Proof of residence not older than 3 months,
Proof of payment
Proof of banking details not older than 3 months
