How do I access my invoice?
When will I be refunded?
Refunds begin once the auction and releasing process has ended. You will receive your refund within 20 working days from the end of the auction. Make sure that your banking details have been provided and are correct under your profile.
How long do I have to collect my purchased items?
Releasing of items is over a period of 5 (five) working days from the close of the auction. All late payments and collections will incur a storage fee of R300 per day per item.
How long do I have to query for a refund?
All refund related queries will only be taken into consideration within a period of 3 months from the closing date of the auction. Auction Specialist will not consider any refund related queries after the specified time frame of 3 months.
