Is my deposit refundable?

Yes, If you did not purchase any items from the auction, your deposit is refundable in full.

Yes, If you purchase and your purchase comes off the deposit price.
No, If you purchase successfully and do not pay the full purchase amount, then your deposit is forfeited in full.

I registered but I cannot enter the auction.

Please make sure that you login and check your registration  status. If it is pending, you need to go to MY DOCUMENTS to upload your documents or see if any information is missing

How do I access my invoice?

Invoices are generally available with 30 minutes after the end of the auction. To access the invoice, you must login then click on INVOICES

 How long do I have to collect my purchased items?

Items can only be collected after getting confirmation from us that we have received your full payment. The email will be sent with collection instructions.

All late payments and collections will incur a storage fee of R300 per day per item.
